Ugh, the thing that just gets to me most about Levi is how much he cares. He really cares, and he cares a lot. It’s limited in scope to just the scouts, but he cares so much for them it hurts. He values them in a way Erwin doesn’t, or maybe can’t, and I love how bluntly he reminds Erwin that he’s not sacrificing assets, he’s ordering people to their deaths.

Levi might not have been the best ambassador to humanity and he does have some sadistic streak that could be too scary at times, but I think he values someone’s life greatly. He knows when to accept that sacrifices are needed, but you’d damn well be assured that nothing is going to be in vain as long as he could do something about it.

Hey guys! If you’ve been reading my recent posts you could see me saying a lot about the recent typhoon that’s hit our country. It’s been flooding a lot and raining heavily for the past week, and it’s not going too well.
Typhoon Maring has recently settled in as a monsoon. All over the place, streets are flooding and people are getting stranded. It’s going major chaos over here.
Hundreds of thousands of people have lost their homes. The flood came and took everything. Hundreds of families had to be evacuated from their own houses. It doesn’t help that 30% of our population is already in poverty.
We’re doing our best to send relief goods, but what I’m asking for is a little help because I know it can go a long way.
Online Donations are available. I’ll post a couple of links here. If they don’t work, tell me so maybe I can find a way around it.

Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) Pamekasan, Jawa Timur, mendorong pemerintah untuk membuat undang-undang berkaitan dengan tes keperawanan bagi calon siswa untuk masuk sekolah.
Basically, they suggested that girls in my country can’t attend the entrance examination for a school if you’re no longer a virgin because of sex.
How exactly they will do to know if girls are no longer a virgin because of sex. And if they do, they won’t allowed those girls to attend the real exam like the rest of the “normal girls” and should take another exam prepared for them.
If this is not a discrimination, I don’t know what to call it.
