This is a common problem. For anyone, who’s experiencing this and who doesn’t know that there are forums which offer support, here’s the answer:
1. Go to your Control Panel.
2. Click “Clock, Language and Region”.
3. Click “Region and Language”.
4. Check that you’re on the Formats tab and choose English (Singapore) as your format.You see, this client is bugged, that’s why it’s called a beta. Western Windows users have this issue a lot, because our comps do not seem to support the fonts/whatever it is that’re used over in Korea. This format changing trick has apparently worked for most of the Windows Vista/7 users, regardless of having the Premium/Home Basic/whatever version. Just remember to change your normal format back once you quit the game, unless you like the new format that much (I know I don’t).

I’ve tried to search the problem on the forum but it seemed that I couldn’t find it or maybe I was skipped while looking it. I actually solved the problem when reading the Facebook Fanpage a few minutes after I posted this picture and see if anyone had the same problem with me. As I expected, there was.
And also, didn’t have to choose “English (Singapore)” for it. I changed it into “English (US)” and it worked just fine in the end ^^ I usually had my PC language set into English but unfortunately I forgot about this one. //derp//
